We completed the renovation of a Commercial Grade II Listed Building at 12 Upper Wimpole St, London W1

The existing Grade II listed building had historic mixed residential and medical use with a series of poorly subdivided consulting rooms and an under used basement area suffering from years of water ingress – all served by a willing but aged Edwardian caged lift.

We extended the main building at lower and first floor levels, rationalised condensers to a new roof location and restored the original room forms to produce bright new well-lit suites, serviced by an enlarged lift car and state of the art M+E.
