Concept design masterplan for a new later years residential units with care home and community hub.
Working with local developers we produced a concept design masterplan for a new later years living development in Beaconsfield. The scheme includes over 150 units across 11 blocks with an additional 90 bed care home.

Drawing upon our research into communal open spaces we proposed a specially designed central garden which forms the heart of the Later Years community. The later years living units centre around this garden with a separate dedicated care home and shared community hub.
