Bakery fit out to a Listed Building in a World Heritage Site

The central part of the design is the large bakers oven. Although modern, it emphasises Rhodes baking credentials and gives a distinct feel to the space.

As a Grade II listed building in a World Heritage Site, obtaining planning consent was difficult (consent was even required for the colour of the shop front).

The light fittings were especially designed for the job using recycled cordial bottles.
