Set up by two Cambridge trained architects, it aims to enable high quality, well designed projects to occur on challenging centrally located sites. Simply Crafted performs a range of services from designing and building the entire scheme (on smaller projects) to obtaining detailed planning permission for larger sites.

Simply Crafted has also developed a service orientated at self builders whereby the company sources smaller brownfield sites (often with a challenging planning history) and obtains detailed planning permission.This enables Self builders to finance developments by borrowing against the site.
It also enables a self builder to create their own designs using the precedent of the original consent.
