The site at Sladedale Road had fallen into disrepair and was under rented. We carried out repairs and marketed the site to triple the income on the site.

There was no previous planning history on the site and after an initial appealed application, a new application has just been submitted for a mews style development comprising three flats and one family house.

Curved annexes have been formed that take advantage of the local topography to look axially along the site and over the Thames and beyond.
