Unpromising London site with poor planning history |
|
We purchased a site in Honour Oak SE 23 with two previous failed planning applications. Despite intitial opposition from the Local Planning Authority we negotiated a scheme for consent. The site was subsequently purchased with Detailed Planning Permission by a self builder who modified the design within the parameters of the permission. After a number of years as existing as a troubled and underused site it is now becoming a positive addition to the local townscape
