CREATING & RENOVATION OF FLATS
The creation of one flat in the basement area of a block of flats in central Bath together with the refurbishment of another flat. We have worked on 5 other flats in the building for Greenaway properties.

Both were designed for the rental market using economic but durable materials and detailing. In both flat fit outs imaginative use of light was required to create airy space in basement areas.

The subtle use of neutral colours and the mixture of up and down lighting helped to produce an atmosphere which appealed to a broad range of people and ensured the rapid rental of the properties.
