66 WEYMOUTH ST, LONDON W1 The two new flats were formed in a gap between buildings and had to be light weight as no new structural support could be put in the existing ground floor (where a hairdresser continued trading throughout the project). The Planners insisted that the facade had to be brick and match the existing. The studio flats were compact and we used furniture to divide off areas whilst maintaining the overall feeling of space. This made the flats seem much more generous in size. Service provided; Architects' drawings including planning and tender packages. Area of 3 flats 140m2 |

Flat 6a was a tight compact flat similar to Flat 5a but slightly smaller due to the mansard slope. The bathroom was formed as a wet room due to the limited space. |
