55 WELBECK STREET, LONDON W1 This recently converted office building was changed back into four flats. Our design had maisonettes on the top two floors and on the bottom two with one bedroom flats on the intermediate floors. In the bottom masionette light was limited so we used glass balustraded staircase to allow light through to the basement (top right photo) Services provided; Architects drawings - including planning and tender packages.
