A new mansard extension houses a generous penthouse flat with an outside terrace. On the floor below 2 flats were refurbished whilst in the basement a new flat was formed.

The new mansard was formed as part of the extension of 42-50 Weymouth St and it included an internal terrace as demanded by the planners. The design of the penthouse accommdated three bedrooms and maximised the external terrace. This was acheived by using folding doors and maintaining same level both inside and out.
