Lateral conversion and extension of building into five flats

44 -46 QUEEN ANNE STREET, LONDON W1

LATERAL CONVERSION AND EXTENSION OF BUILDING
INTO 5 FLATS

The lateral conversion worked across two buildings, one listed and one not. This made the consent process particularly difficult.

The proposal was to convert the lower ground and ground floors into maisonettes in each building and then on the first second and third floors there are lateral flats. A new lift was also introduced at the rear.

Service provided - Architects drawings for Listed building consent, planning & tender package. Total area - 610m2

  Top floor maisonette

corner of Queen Anne St and Wimpole St.
