44 -46 QUEEN ANNE STREET, LONDON W1 The lateral conversion worked across two buildings, one listed and one not. This made the consent process particularly difficult. The proposal was to convert the lower ground and ground floors into maisonettes in each building and then on the first second and third floors there are lateral flats. A new lift was also introduced at the rear. |
