3 new flats were created from converting and renovating an existing office building

The brief for the project was to convert four floors of office to three new flats.

On the top two floors, there is a maisonette wiith compact one bedroom flats on the other floors. On the ground floor and basement there is a retail unit which was in operation throughout the project.

The roof terrace is accessed via a sliding rooflight.

The area of the project was approx 220m2
