27 DEVONSHIRE PLACE MEWS, LONDON W1 The original mews house is attached to a Listed building at the front. The proposal involved cutting the building off and completely gutting it. A new steel frame was introduced as the original structure was in such a poor way. With the new frame structure, floor levels were subtly amended to allow the loft space to be more fully used.
