4 new flats were created from converting and renovating an existing office building

The brief for the project was to convert six floors of office to four new flats.

On the top two floors and bottom two floors, there are maisonettes. Sandwiched in the intermediate floors, there are 2 one bedroom flats.

The design of the flats is contemporary whilst carefully detailed for the rental market with soft tones and durable materials.

Service provided; Architects drawings including planning & tender packages.
The area of the project was 510m2

Flat 1 - Ground floor
	A one bedroom masionette flat with a generous separate kitchen and new internal staircase down to the lower ground level.

Flat 2 & 3 - First & second floors - One bedroom
	A generous one bedroom flat with a balcony over the entrance of the building

Flat 4 - 3 bedroom maisonette
	Flat 4 is a top floor maisonette with a large sitting room / kitchen leading onto a bedroom. The top floor consists of two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom.
