24 WEYMOUTH ST, LONDON W1 The brief for the project was to convert six floors of office to four new flats. On the top two floors and bottom two floors, there are maisonettes. Sandwiched in the intermediate floors, there are 2 one bedroom flats. The design of the flats is contemporary whilst carefully detailed for the rental market with soft tones and durable materials. Service provided; Architects drawings including planning & tender packaages.
