MANSARD EXTENSION AND LATERAL CONVERSION

This was a lateral conversion above five retail premises with
a mansard roof extension to provide six high quality flats.

Internal layouts and floor levels were re-arranged around a
re-configured stair whilst maximising the operability of the existing fabric.

Building work had to be carried out with minimum disruption of the existing commercial tenants at ground floor level.
