CONVERTING BUILDING TO FOUR NEW FLATS

This Grade II Listed former mixed medical and residential building was converted into 4 luxury flats.

We worked with Howard de Walden Estate Management creative and surveyors' departments. Particular features include;

- enclosing the rear coutyard with structural glazing
- glass supported staircase
- working with the historic building fabric
- high quality modest sized bathrooms

Service Provided - Architects drawings. Total area approx 730m2
