11 BEAUMONT MEWS, LONDON W1 The brief was to extend into a rear courtyard and form a new house. With the rear extension it allowed us to form a sizeable ground floor space and create a dramatic double height glazed atrium with glass balustrades. The house is designed for the rental market and so uses more muted tones and colours. |

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom is an en-suite and the other shared. The bedrooms have built in wardrobes. |
