NEW CLINIC SHELL
Converting and extending an existing building into a clinic shell.

The main part of the project was extending the building to the rear and creating basement and ground floor rear extension. Most of the basement had to be excavated out and party walls underpinned. This created a large flexible open spaces on the ground and basement floors.

The clinic fit out was carried out by others.

The completed building was approx 880m2
