7-10 BEAUMONT MEWS, LONDON W1 The project involved renovating the former BBC studio. The spaces were replanned and extended to the rear allowing more light in (which had not been required when a studio). In the centre of the plan a bespoke new staircase uses light elements with glass balustrade and dark timber treads to form a focus to the offices. The servicing is always difficult in offices. We had partially exposed services on the ceiling and raised floors. The new offices are approx 550m2. Service provided; Architects drawings |
