NEW OFFICE SHELL
Converting a former BBC studio into a new office shell.

The project involved renovating the former BBC studio. The spaces were replanned and extended to the rear allowing more light in (which had not been required when a studio).

In the centre of the plan a bespoke new staircase uses light elements with glass balustrade and dark timber treads to form a focus to the offices.

The servicing is always difficult in offices. We had partially exposed services on the ceiling and raised floors.

The new offices are approx 550m2. Service provided; Architects drawings
