RENOVATING GRADE II* OFFICES
Assisting the client with design and planning consents

The imposing office is a Grade II* Listed Robert Adam building. We assisted the client with the improving the building; installing new servicing such as new lift, staircase and staff facilities such as WCs.

Due to the quality of the main spaces, design had to be very carefully considered. In places exactly matching the existing and in some locations using contemporary design such as the ancillary staircase.

The building is approx 1,550m2. Service provided; Architects drawings
