RHODES BAKERY, GREENWICH, LONDON SE10 The central part of the design is the large bakers oven. Although modern, it emphasises Rhodes baking credientials and gives a distinct feel to the space. As a Grade II listed building in a World Heritage site, planning consents were difficult (consent was even required for the colour of the shop front) The light fittings were specially designed for the job using recycled cordial bottles |

The distinctive Rhodes logo was used in bespoke wall paper and etched window film to use branding to a maximum. In the basement a new preparation and staff area was installed. | |||
