7-8 and 9-10 Beaumont Mews were previously a mix of garage space, residential and a BBC studio. The design brief was for the conversion of these buildings into office space.

The two buildings were connected in a lateral conversion via the creation of a new stair to provide 550 sq.m of office and ancilliary space. New openings to the rear were designed to bring light into the back of the deep plan space to create light clean rentable office space.
